At E&G Mediation we are a team of mediators with expertise in various areas of conflict that typically arise across the globe, but with particular expertise in the Spanish civil justice system and a deep knowledge of Spanish culture and language. Mediators in our team can mediate in English, Spanish and Catalan.
Our mediation team
Often a mediator will work with a specialist assistant, sometimes known as a co-mediator. Sometimes each party will suggest a mediator and the two mediators will work together as co-mediators. The specialist assistant or co-mediator may have particular expertise in the subject area of the dispute, such as a surveyor who will have specialist expertise in construction, or an accountant who will have specialist expertise in tax. At E&G Mediation we ensure that, even where two mediators are used, the process does not become more expensive for the parties as a result.
Jonathan Eshkeri
Jonathan Eshkeri is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is a CIArb-Accredited Mediator, as well as a practising English solicitor and a practising Spanish lawyer (abogado).
Roger Levitt
Roger Levitt is recognised as a Leading Mediator in the Legal 500 2020. Roger qualified as a Solicitor in 1984 and has conducted well over 100 commercial mediations over the last 11 years in commerce & business, commercial and residential property, construction, retail, restaurant franchising, and finance.
Jonathan Pearl
Jonathan Pearl is a (non-practicing) solicitor and mediator whose 30+ year career spans commercial private practice in the City to managing an international in-house corporate and compliance function of 100+ people. Jonathan has extensive experience of litigating bet-the-company disputes in Europe, U.S. and Asia. He had ring-side seats in the Cellular Patent Wars of 2005-2010 and advised on numerous IPR lawsuits and licensing battles with household-name companies, and numerous patent-trolls. He is a CEDR-Accredited Mediator (2002) and a Member of the Civil Mediation Council, whose knowledge and skills uniquely qualify him for a wide range of mediation and conflict resolution scenarios.
